Hi, I’m Tiffany Braman!

I am a Korean American adoptee who grew up in a large, diverse family in East Texas. I moved all over the United States in my early adulthood but settled in League City, where I have lived since 2008. I am a wife, mother, dog lover, and crafter with ever-evolving new hobbies and interests, thanks to my ADHD superpowers. As a child, I had dreams of being a school counselor but somehow managed to land on a path for a “more marketable” business degree. Now many years and several full careers later, I am finally fulfilling my dream of working with others to help them recognize that we are not destined to live out a life predetermined by our roots or our experiences.

Experience

Over the last ten years, I have worked with several different non-profits supporting individuals, parents, families, and children in many different ways. My intention is to always use my education, training, and experience to treat you with care, empathy, and compassion by respecting and honoring your expertise in your lived experience.

Counseling Approach

My counseling approach begins with empathy and believing that you are the expert in your own experiences. I rely on evidence-based treatment approaches to help us create a treatment plan addressing your unique needs. I draw from my training and education, as well as nearly ten years of experience working directly with youth and adults.

Your story is unique and that is exactly how I approach our work together - at your pace and in the way that best supports YOU.

If any of this resonates with you, I would love to work with you!

We can free ourselves from those things that we believe we are rooted in. And a wise person once told me that freedom is a catalyst for amazing things.
